If you need to return or exchange an item, please call 1-888-774-0775 for a Return Authorization Number. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new. Any defective good can also be returned for replacement.
20% restocking fee may apply.

Please follow the return check list to ensure that no shipping damage will occur.

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Not returnable/non-refundable.
ALL OTHER ITEMS: Credit less all freight charges incurred.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order.


Refused Shipments.
Orders shipped UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.


Damaged Shipments.
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact CanadianVan.com at 1-888-774-0775. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to CanadianVan.com.


Manufacturer's Warranties.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. Other than applicable manufacturer's, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


Return Check List:

TIRES ONLY
• Call client sales and support department at 1-888-774-0775 for a Return Authorization Number.
• Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together).
• Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and CanadianVan.com address indicated on your return authorization document.
• Packing slip with Return Authorization Document should be taped securely on tire.

ALL OTHER ITEMS
• Call client sales and support department at 1-888-774-0775 for a Return Authorization Number and packaging instructions.
• The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. Packing slip with Return Authorization Document should be taped securely on package.
